Garage & Office Addition – Seamless Expansion with Modern Functionality

This project involved constructing a new attached garage with a finished office space above it — designed to blend perfectly with the existing home while adding valuable living and storage space.

Simon managed the entire build from foundation to finish. The project included full framing, insulation, and interior finishing of the second-floor office, complete with new flooring and trim. In the garage below, he installed an electric vehicle charging outlet and ensured a durable, clean finish suitable for year-round use.

To maintain the home’s balanced appearance, an additional window was added to the original structure, carefully matched to the existing window pattern to bring in more natural light and preserve symmetry.

Every detail — from structural framing to final finishes — was completed with precision, creating a seamless addition that looks and feels like it’s always been part of the home.
