The dormer addition completely changed how our upstairs feels — more light, more space, and it fits right in with the rest of the house. Sunrise Builders Maine took on a complicated job and handled it with care from start to finish. They stayed on schedule and had everything wrapped up in just two weeks.
Our challenging project was an old steel set of stairs with a run of about 40 feet down a very steep hill to our deck on the oak orchard river on Kent NY. Simon replaced the dangerous old stairs with nice wide and safe stairs that all of our neighbors had nothing but positive comments on. I would recommend Simon to anyone that is looking for a carpenter that
knows what he’s doing and goes the extra mile to get the job done right.
We couldn’t be happier with how the new garage and office turned out. The project was completed on time, within budget, and the quality shows in every detail.
